Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject to the following Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Elsafe a.s are superseded with respect to this subject matter. Unless specified, these Terms of Use refers to anyone outside the Elsafe Network. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, please exit the Site.
Ownership of Content
The Site and all of its contents including, but not limited to, all text, images, documents and graphics ("Content") are owned and copyrighted by Elsafe a.s or others with all rights reserved unless otherwise noted. Any Content that is a trademark, logo, or service mark is also a registered and unregistered trademark of Elsafe a.s a.s. Your use of any Content, except as provided in these Terms of Use, without the written permission from Elsafe a.s is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Elsafe a.s will take action towards anyone who misuse the Terms of Use and seek to prevent any conflicts by law.
Exceptions to the Terms of Use
• Elsafe a.s’s sales network worldwide may use all documents, all text, images, logo for advertising and sales purposes.
• Elsafe a.s’s sales network may use graphics from the Site with permission from Elsafe a.s. Separate terms of use are provided.
Your Use of the Site
Elsafe a.s grants you permission to use the Site as follows:
• With the exception of images and documents that are located outside of the "Pressroom" section of the Site, you may download Content, but only for noncommercial, personal use and provided that you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Content; When using material from our “Pressroom”, Elsafe a.s must be referred to as the soure and pictures must include refernces.
• You may not use images of people or places that are located outside of the "Pressroom" section of the Site without Elsafe a.s’s written permission;
Content within the "Pressroom" section of the Site may be reproduced solely for editorial purposes in daily newspapers, general circulation news magazines, trade publications and broadcast media; the media must clear any publisity through Elsafe a.s before print.
• You may not distribute, modify, copy (except as set forth above), transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise use Content without Elsafe a.s’s written permission;
• You are prohibited from using the Site to post or transmit any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law – Elsafe a.s will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or any court order requesting or directing Elsafe a.s to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials; and
• You are prohibited from using the Site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.
